By learning everything related to this superfood from its cultivation, care, different processes, fermentation, hand peeled, roasting, stone grind, etc., and finishing up with a mouthwatering treat.

Actually, you cannot get a bar of more real chocolate than this one, ok!

This one is not a factory. This is natural cocoa using ancient Mayan techniques from the beginning (kakaw beans) to its end (the paste), so prepare yourself to connect with the spirit of this magical super food.

Morning typical breakfast and your transportation to Caves Branch archaeological reserve for a guided and pleasant walk through the Mayan jungle, until you reach the river that is lost within the caverns of Nohoch Che´en.

For the ancient Mayans, caves and caverns represent the entrances to the underworld or Xibalba, so while floating, get ready for a trip full of nature, history, and mysticism.

This is a relaxed but exciting tubing trip inside an ancient waterway. At the entrance, you board your tubes, switch on your headlights, and you start to slowly slowly let go of the river observing massive grand ceilings, as well as numerous formations and stalactites, and stalagmites.

Lunch is followed by your transportation to the ferry water taxi to definitely one of the hottest spots and main destinations around here, the Emerald Caye Caulker (where the pace is as slow as the waters), and your home base for the rest of your journey.

This fun-loving and sandy island is about 4 miles long (the second largest of the Belize cayes) and definitely a hot spot destination for those who want beach-oriented relaxation, ecotourism, and adventure.
